At Powerlingo We normally despatch all our orders within 48-72 hours of receiving the order. We deliver the products throughout India using established Local Couriers depending upon the destination. Depending on the geographic location of the customer it may take about 3 to 12 working days to deliver the product to the customer door.

The shipping time mentioned anywhere on the website are approximate and we cannot guarantee them. Customers are recommended to place an order early on if they have a deadline to meet.

Domestic Orders

The following conditions are applicable for shipping within India.

No Free shipping unless otherwise stated during an offering on the website.

Shipping charges as applicable shall either be there on the site or intimated to the customer if required at the time of placement of order.

Delivery Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (IST) during Business Days i.e., Monday to Friday only,

We appreciate our customers buying during Holidays, and we make all efforts to ship the goods during Holidays, but we do not guarantee shipping or deliveries during public holidays.

Express shipping charges would be additional and free shipping would not be applicable for Express shipping requests.

Request our customers to plan their shopping & delivery in advance to avoid delays.

Mandatory Requirements for shipping 

Customers are responsible for providing Shipping details which should include Proper Name, address with City / State/ Country, Postal code, Land Marks if any and also Telephone numbers with an alternate numbers to ensure proper delivery.

Powerlingo will make all efforts to deliver your purchased items in minimum time possible, but we will not be responsible for any Loss/damage due to natural calamities, accidents, mistake by shipping service provider.

Powerlingo shall and cannot be liable for any damages/loss due to lack of proper shipping information.

At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company would get in touch with you to arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their office.
